Television Recommendation

I badly want to talk about Breaking Bad right now, but I also want to wait until the show is concluded(which will be next week, and... cue tears) before I do so. It already is great, and me waiting for the finale before writing an entry here isn't going to do justice on how fucking phenomenal the show is.

Since the semester is ending soon and I know we're all up to an awesome break here, I would like to recommend television shows that I think you would enjoy binge-watching this coming vacation.

2 Broke Girls. If you're one to like raunchy sitcoms, you'll love this. I prefer to see this show as underrated. It's the kind where you (should) get to know the characters first before you truly jive with the show. Give this one some time. It's my "the little show that could". And Max and Caroline's friendship is just perfectly progressing. The third season just started today. :)

How I Met Your Mother. If you haven't caught up with this and you're not one to binge-watch 8 seasons worth of TV, then I don't recommend watching this. If you're one to binge-watch, then please do watch this. If you have already given up on this show, I suggest you start watching this again, or at least Season 9 which premiered today. The Mother(I wouldn't spoil who she is, hehe) was introduced on last season's finale, and this season, we're finally meeting her! The build up on Season 8's finale was just subtle but SO FREAKING GOOD. You know how heartfelt this show can get. Go.

Parenthood. If you're one to cry even when you're a fan of binge-watching or not, you have got to see this show. I swear. So many feelings.

The Office(US Version). If you're a fan of quirky things or you're just awkward in general, go watch this now. :D

Rizzoli and Isles. Because every list needs a police-procedural. Hehe. Also, I like this show. It's funny, it's police-y. And I was devastated by the passing of one of this show's cast, Lee Thompson Young. :/

Teen dramas: One Tree Hill, The OC

Anti-hero shows: The Wire, The Sopranos, Breaking Bad(for reasons you should know already, haha)

I could go on all day, but I wouldn't list every show I watch BECAUSE IT IS AN AWFUL LOT OF A LIST. Haha.
