Deetz on the deedz
Hi. So I noticed I haven't posted about Project 20 since the day I started. It's been almost 4 months. Anyways, in a little over 3 months, I lost 10 kilograms. That is most likely 20lbs. I'm not quite sure. Yes, diet + workout. I don't know if that 10kg-in-3months is a slow progress, but it is a progress. So. From 90kgs down to 80. I am super happy with the results of my hard work.
I haven't been training at the gym for 2 or 3 weeks tops now, but I'm coming back soon. I'm just settling things for school right now, but I'll be back soon. Possibly at the end of June. All I'm doing right now is biking, also, I hate to admit this but I've been eating wrongly lately. But I'm gonna bounce back. I've already worked hard to get here, I'm not going to quit.
People notice changes in my body, and I feel good about that. So. I'm gonna come back swinging.
